Yes. If you must use a book - not the best way to learn flamenco - but if so, this is a very good book. Covers most of the basic palos and the compas for each, and most of the various techniques used. Good assortment of music, given both in standard notation and in tabs.
The one mistake they made was putting the tabs and the notation together, one above the other, instead of giving each separately. It makes it difficult to read either one. But apart from that I would definitely recommend this book for someone who wants to use a book.
