I have an older, student level flamenco blanca for sale on eBay, if anyone is interested. Low cost, decent quality. After an email from a luthier on this forum, I did some more research and found out that this guitar was not built at the shop once run by Santos Hernandez's widow, but it was sold there in likely the early 1960s when the widow's nephew was running the shop -- hence the label Guitarras Santos, Aduana 23, Madrid. (More details on eBay.) The dealer who sold it to me and another prominent U.S. flamenco dealer told me the guitar was made either in Valencia or Madrid, and then sold in the Guitarras Santos shop. Anyway, it's a decent blanca for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money. It has had cracks repaired (even through the heel) about 20 years ago and everything is solid.
