Aretium -> Triplet Rasgueado Question (Jan. 4 2013 0:37:51)

Ive been using PIP but it sounds a bit too gentle and not constant. Is this the best combination to use or should I learn more combinations and not just one? When I watch other guitarists, I rarely see this one used (distinguished by the index finger sticking out?). Obviously I shall keep practising [:)]
Thanks Guys

Sounds like your doing an abanico rasgueado, I've never used that one. I'll usually use P-M&A-P or PMP or PMI. Check this post out from Ricardo though.

Oops sorry I meant PMP

I also do (or should I say try to do) pai pai etc. It's a bit softer than pap or
p(ma)p as an earlier poster said.

it's very very common. If you want more power try P M&A P. But I think if it sounds gentle with PMP all you need is more practice
