check all the screws on your tuner assemblies, especially the ones holding the buttons on

Trimmed your string ends short? First thing to check.

Most annoying headstock sound I have came across is a poorly cut nut - if there is a sharp change of string direction from the nut to the tuner there can be an awful sound as if the string is bouncing on a sharp edge at the back of the nut - sounds a bit like a Kazoo! This isn't something that will develop, its just the result of a poorly set up nut.

Sure it's not sympathetic vibration of the E string against frets behind the barre or cejilla? Thats super common loud mystery noise on guitars and seems to come from headstock. The fix is to shim up the bass side of the nut. Otherwise I agree it's a loose screw or dangling string end.

Is it a high pitch noise? Sometimes if you have too many wraps on the D string it will be too far toward the center of the guitar and barely vibrate against the edge of the head plate, causing a fairly high pitch vibrating sound. Shift the string over toward the A string and see if that helps it. You may not have to do anything to the nut if this is the problem. Very simple fix.
