turnermoran -> Dr. Compas bug? (Nov. 5 2012 19:42:49)

I have an iphone 4S (on Sprint) with the latest software, and the latest updates available for the phone and app.

When I run the Rumba compas in Dr. Compas, it either won't create sound (though the timer in the upper right corner runs), or it plays 1 compas, then goes silent for one or more, then comes back in for only one compas, and repeats.

anyone else having problems?

Not that exact problem but I've had it crash many times, sometimes I've had to restart my phone because of it. I like the app a lot but it's very buggy

For me, Dr. Compás always crashes immediately the first time I try to launch it. But then the second time it works fine. I'm still on iOS 5.1.1 because some of my other apps are known to have problems under iOS 6.0.1.

I would like an update. My wish list: Less crash prone, a facelift, a real-time interactive tempo slider, but most of all, better or alternative cajon sounds

Mine crashes occasionally too.

I would love the real time slider and for the app to remember your last settings for each Palos. its annoying to have to change the speed and the volume sliders each time you use it. I love it other than that though.

if you can, delete the dr compas and install the old, 1st version, not the version updated in jan this year. That one is very stable.

cheers

The biggest bug is the support and information!

Just bought a small battery powered Orange amp for my electronic experiments, works well to cranck up the volume!
