I saw this young man play at the Los Gallos Tablao
in Sevilla this past April 2012 and was blown away by his intelligent
compositions as well as his sublime technical command.
In this video, he is 17 years old. He is Paco del Gastor's grandson, and Diego del Gastor's great nephew.

While amazing technically not much flamenco(Take a breath).As for the intelligent composition...the best are his quotations from Paco del Gastor and Diego del Gastor.

In the first piece, the beginning is playing a modified (very ornamented) version of Oscar Herrero's Eclipse - Taranta-Bulerias.
He can indeed play fast.
