I know this thread is old. However, I got stung with one of these guitars back in July 2012. I found it on Ebay, from the photos it looked very legit. At the time I was playing a €300 euro flamenco guitar made in Portugal.
I paid £180 for a Jose Miguel Arroyo Blanca, once it arrived I soon realised it was no good, I tricked myself into thinking my technique needed adjusting however sadly that was not the case. The action on the neck was much too low and anything past the third position would simply sound snappy and slappy. Playing even a modestly strong picado anywhere on the guitar would create the same effect. The only good sound I could get from it was for Rasgueados on open chords which admittedly sounded very authentic. In retrospect rasqueados on the open chords were deceptively nice sounding and tricked me into thinking I was a lot further ahead with my technique than I actually realised.
Happy ending to the story is that I resold it on Ebay and made £50 off some poor bugger. The only credit I can give to the original seller was that it was very well packaged in a cardboard guitar box reinforced with thin sheets of a dark type of wood I could imagine could be used to construct guitars with. As I originally opened the box very carefully on arrival after a month of being dissatisfied with it I simply put it back in the box and let someone else deal with the hoax.
I apologise for using the word hoax if the Luthier is indeed a professional and this was maybe an apprentices first (or second, third etc.) attempt which should never have made it to the market place.
Please be careful when considering a guitar of this name, I was very lucky to have gotten rid of it and extremely grateful for the stupidity (including my own) that the pictures allowed me to make a small profit.

PS. Whilst I was not a member of this forum it was this thread which gave me the final encouragement to bid on this geetar(!) and eventually win it. Is Siroco03 a legit member? I find the dates of these above posts to be intriguing considering that this was around the time this guitar began circulating on Ebay.
