gounaro -> Hannabach Silver Special 815MT (May 4 2012 22:09:42)

I just put on my guitar a Hannabach Silver Special 815MT set. A friend of mine gave it to me and here is my opinion about these strings.

The bass set, even if it's a classical set, sounds very nice and very percussive. I know that they're brand new and this is the way they must sound. Of course, most of you know that Hannabach strings are more higher in tension as the label says.

But the treble set sound to me a little stiff. I feel that in comparison with bass set are a little thinier and that makes me a problem to get used of the whole set.

But i suppose that are good strings. The only thing i have to do now is to wait about what is going to happen with durability and intonation (which right now is perfect).

Of course are not expensive as other Hannabach sets (826, 827).
