I bought drCompas for iphone.
I love Jasons stuff in general, and there are good things to say about this app, but I think it has a few weak points. The cajon sounds are uninspiring, the visuals look like some old webpage, the lack of ability to change tempo without stopping might have to do with the improvisation algorithm and keeping steady time, but there must be a way around it. I would also like to be able to set a tempo envelope. At its price point people will expect more polish. The core, the idea etc.. Great. But i'd like an update. A different set of sounds and I'd be happier.

what do you mean by a 'tempo envelope' ?

A little, tiny envelope with tempo inside.
