Hi everyone, I am an flamenco guitar enthusiast in Manchester, not a promoter.
Just wanted to use my first post to share a couple of things happening in Manchester and say how much I have enjoyed nosing round this forum for the last few months.
And something much more low key, but hopefully fun.

I've forwarded the message to the couple who organise the flamenco dance classes in Altrincham and at the Instituto Cervantes in Manchester.

Hi,
I haven't been posting every event but we are now on our 6th month of monthly flamenco meet ups at Pod, Levenshulme, Manchester. Louis is a regular, and it would be great to see anyone else from the Foro. Its been amazing to watch people grow in confidence playing in public but in a relaxed environment.
Next one will be this Sunday, 1st July, 7:00 - 10:00pm.
We are going to have Chico Pere & Glenn Sharp from Calaita playing a few songs.
Expect the usual beer, wine, coffee and Flamenco music.
Bring your guitar, dancing shoes, manos or whatever else you need to get involved.
Pod is pretty small so do turn up early to get a seat.
We are Flamenco enthusiasts meeting every 1st sunday of the month at POD, Levenshulme, Manchester to play and sometimes dance flamenco.
