Looks like it may be Fernando Sirvent, who was house guitarist at Fidel Zabal's nightclub La Zambra in Manhattan in the late '50s-early '60s. http://www.amazon.com/Fernando-Sirvent-Zambra/dp/B000MMJU9I The Sabicas album is dated 1959. When I was on the east coast in the Army in 1962 Sabicas was a frequent participant in after-hours juergas at La Zambra. Sabicas gave the famous Barbero that he recorded "Flamenco Puro" with to Zabal. Fernando's sister Amor Sirvent owned a Spanish gift shop near Dupont Circle in Washington, DC and had a flamenco dance studio. The Sirvents were payos, but were well integrated into the flamenco communities of their respective cities. RNJ
