I recommend a Manuel Adalid Viviana, either blanca or negra (although I prefer blancas). Manuel Adalid is the chief luthier at Esteve in Spain, but he has his own line in the Viviana. It costs US$2,500, and you can purchase one from James Greenberg, who runs Zavaleta's la Casa de Guitarras, based in Tucson, Arizona. I visited Zavaleta's in Tucson and had dinner with James Greenberg in 2009. Ended up buying a Manuel Adalid Viviana blanca and he shipped it to my home in Washington, DC. The Viviana has a great flamenco sound, and I think it is as good as, perhaps better than, any other flamenco for the money. You can contact Zavaleta's via the website of the same name. Cheers, Bill
