Hi Sammy,
Wow! it's great that this site keeps pulling in more and more really interesting people!
It's amazing (to me) that there is somebody up there in Finland taking a lot of time and effort to strive to build really good Flamenco guitars.
I like your terminology of "flamenco punch", I think this is what Anders is getting out of his guitars just now...well, listening to his uploads anyway.
I've very little money to spare, but I've ordered a guitar from him because I like what I hear in those uploads.
I fully understand that his guitars will not suddenly transform me into an experienced player, but I'm looking forward to exploring the sound within my own capability and getting the joy from that.
Good on you Luthier guys!
Guitarists such as PdL, Tomatito, Vincente etc will always have some time for admiring fans and amateur Flamenco players..but tell them you make guitars and they'll shift to a different level....
EVERYBODY is looking for the Holy Grail of Flamenco Guitars....[:D]

cheers

Ron

Ron

We are getting close and closer. The French Polish should be finished next week!!!!!!

Then some time for the final setup and adjustment and she should be ready to go north.

I'm looking forward to play her as well, and I'm going to do that before you. [;)]

The problem with Finland when compared for example to Sweden is that there are not much people playing flamenco. But it's increasing! People get more and more interested in flamenco all the time. The good thing is that there's very few builders who build flamenco guitars and none to concentrate in it full time. So maybe I'll have my share of the markets aorund here [:D] who knows! It's a good thing also that our local Penas are very active and people know each others. Flamenco dance is quite popular amongst Finnish girls so there are opportunities to play with dancers which is good for us guitarists.

That's all from the northern flamenco frontier!
We need to get some of that hot blood in our cold veins up here! [:D]
