To second (or third) the others, I'd go with Graf-Martinez from among the options on your original list. That said, if on account of your experience (both from playing other styles of guitar and from having attended a music school) you're a fast learner of flamenco, then I'd recommend getting the Encuentro DVD from Gerardo Nunez. Totally worth it. Lastly, --and this isn't always appreciated by experienced guitarists learning flamenco for the first time-- one of the most important aspects of flamenco guitar is being able to play "in compas" with respect to the different "palos" (rhythmic structures) constitutive of flamenco music. So, in addition to learning some of the distinctive right hand techniques, you'll want to start becoming acquainted with the different palos, if you aren't already. Welcome to the foro!
