He is just introducing himself and the site and saying if you have questions about falsetas or whatever he is happy to help (provided you are a member, I would assume [:D])

What key is the buleria falseta in? I mean, I love the sound of Diego del Morao / Antonio Rey / etc but since they always play in weird tunings/keys, it's just never very practical to learn...
