I have a feeling there are more schools [;)], check this site out. Just click on the city you are interested in. http://www.deflamenco.com/sitios/sitios.jsp?barrio=5&sitio=02 ... but they are not all guitar schools.

There is a school in El Albaicin in Granada. From what I remember it is on the way up to the top and on the right side of the street as you go up. I remember that it had a stone wall with a gate, then a courtyard and then the building. I thought the building could have been a convent, you know made from gray stones (although I don't remember clearly). I don't remember the name of the school nor the name of the street. Anyone knows the school I am talking about?
