Depends what key you want to be in. I tried using a piano chord finder and it said this arpeggio has 4 names. http://www.gootar.com/piano/ E add9 m sus4 F# minor 7th flat9 G major thirteenth A thirteenth However, if you put them into a guitar chord finder, this is all wrong. so I wouldn't recommend this GOOTAR software. The root of the arpeggio appears to be in the key of A, and we could conclude it's using a Mixolydian mode in the key of A or a Dorian mode in the key a E, however you like to look at it. My guess is that there is no name to this arpeggio. It's got me anyway.
