could anyone put me in the right direction for falseta's por fandangos that would be appropriate por baile?

going to be working with a dancer friend who is setting up a class which is local to me.

Do you want something for Fandangos de Huelva? If so, then why not Paco's "Aires Choqueros"? If I recall correctly, there's a dancer on the recording; so that might be helpful.

Gerardo Nuñez has one on an album accompanying Juan Ramón Fuentes (on iTunes).

Vicente's "Mensaje" might also be useful.

Hi Henry,

It will depend on the choreography, how experienced your dancer is and how adaptable you can both be. It's important to build up and resolve at the same time so try to find falsetas that work with your dancers steps. The dancer should be able to add or subtract an extra three or 6 beats to accommodate falsetas. And it may be necessary for you to do the same.

Without being able to see the dance it is difficult to recommend specific falsetas.

Keep it simple to start with, as making the rhythm groovy is the important part. Work on one section at a time. Try different things. Ask the dancer where the letra starts and finishes? See what works and what doesn't.

It depends what structure your dancer wants, but I think this is great
