Try and upload some photos of the HEADSTOCK complete with nut and the BRIDGE complete with how you tie the strings. Did you ever alter the saddle? Is the case made to fit? Strings will just decide they have had enough, but for this many to go, it indicates something is up - maybe even a bad batch of strings - but this seems almost impossible for what you are going through. Lacing up the strings (I come from the Reel to Reel era) on classical is completely different to electric. Steel strings don't like being wound on top of each other and they tend to slice through the string if you do this by mistake. My eye sight is not so good and it's easy for me to break and steel string if I don't watch what I'm doing. Seems unlikely you are doing anything wrong, but put some pictures up.
