Hi Deniz, could you show a little example (tab or something) to show what you want to play? Im guessing you want to do it several times, correct? G ------0-----0------0------0------------- D ---0-----0-----0------0------0--------- I think it will depend on the speed you want to play it: if you want to do it slow or at normal speed, i don't think you should bend out the thumb. Instead, try to have a little more separation between your P and I finger (thumb toward the sound hole and index toward the bridge). More or less half an inch. On the other hand, if you want to do it with a major speed, I would not recommend you to do it with thumb and index movement, but mainly with a minimal and controled wrist movement. Contrary to what I mentioned above, this time your thumb and index should be almost above each other, without the horizontal separation. Both fingers should be perpendicular to the top of your guitar. Let me know if you understand what I mean [:D] Cheers
