How did your recovery go? First couple of days, using the PC would BURN my eyes. That was the most annoying activity to do. Reading small print up close was hard - accommodation gets affected. I needed to use the tears every couple of hours for the first week or 10 days. Of course, you shouldn't get water on or inside your eyes at first. Then it gets better, and now I can go without the tears if I want to. It feels better if I use them after waking up in the morning, and before sleeping at night. Otherwise, I seem to be doing OK. Oh yeah, and in the first month or so, I'd get many instances of one eye for example going blurry, and annoying. It would remain so until the next day. But I don't get that anymore. That was attributed to dryness. The eyes don't heal equally fast, therefore one sometimes blurs, and the other doesn't. I'm happy now though... [:)]
