Chris Scott -> Current value of M.G. Contreras (Mar. 31 2011 18:30:01)

Guitar was made in Madrid in 1967, and has been owned by a client of mine since 1970. Excellent overall condition, and was sold to my client as having been previously owned by Paco De Lucia.

It has friction pegs, shellac finish w/ a plain white plastic golpeador, and if necessary I can upload some photos. Instrument came to me to re-mount bridge and repair some binding that had come adrift, and during discussion he mentioned that he is possibly interested in selling it, hence my post. As I am by no means informed regarding Flamenco instruments, I apologise for not providing a more detailed description.

TIA!

Is the label signed?

No, it is not signed.

...any other info needed?

Thanks,
Chris

There are enough fragments of wood from the original Cross of Jesus in the world to build eight or nine 3 storey houses....

No Sh1t..[:-]

Now that's what I call a miracle...[:D]

cheers,
