i have heard the mic which is installed in the guitar and the sound is very natural and uncoloured, relatively high gain, balanced without the mid range 'honk'...similiar to a dpa,. less muddy than the audio pro technica pro 70. [a much better option IMO]
have two bartletts on order [both clip on's] so will write a review within the next few weeks.

Anyone know what line6 relay he is using or have any recommendations? I am thinking about purchasing the same mic and want to have a similar setup.

I decided to try one of these as well. I got the version with the XLR cable and no endpin jack. I'll be running it through an SR Technology Jam 150 Plus.
