Bman -> Buzzing with cejilla on (Dec. 17 2010 12:32:28)

I'm getting some buzzing or "fuzzing" when I play with my cejilla on, usually mostly 2nd or 3rd fret. If I fret at 2 or 3 with finger I get a crisp sound from 4th and 5th strings. With cejilla, a fuzzy sound. Apparently not fret buzz, it was suggested by someone that it was due to the cejilla being rubber on the strings. Well, I have a leather one i use as well that also "fuzzes". Anybody familiar with this? Maybe how I'm connecting the cejilla there's a vibration?
