I wouldn't use it either, the urea that gives it the open time is regarded as a degradation. That said, it is or was widely used in furniture making. I was watching a youtube video where a guy was assembling a high stress chair joint. a very technical furniture maker, and out he whipped the liquid HG. The key was to pre-heat the joint and then use the liquid HG. This guy is very technical, and used to live in an academic center of furniture making, and has moved to a commercial center. There is no way he would have just missed the whole "this stuff is no good" thing. But I stick to the consensus for anything that might be used by another. I do have some of the stuff, by the way.
