This is the response I received from Helen Martin: Its with Mel Bay right now and I understand they are printing it so it should be ready within weeks. I've been reasonably pleased with Vol.1 and I've especially liked the Mel Bay approach to publishing (all notation/tab books should be coil bound!!!!). Grades 3 to 5 are pretty good to get you going, now I want to see what he's put together for the next "grades". Did they mention what grades he was trying to include for the next volume?
