Has anyone seen any colored veneers in the US that look good? I dye my own, but I'm looking for colors in knife cut veneers if there are any of quality available.

I've purchased some dyed veneers from B&B Rare Woods, located in Colorado. Be forewarned, their website has so many flashing lights and buttons, it may give you a seizure. Instead of trying to locate the stuff on the website, I recommend calling the guy, he is very helpful, and I found it easier to deal over the phone than their web page.

He has a large inventory of natural veneers, and some thicker colored veneers. I think his colored stuff is from France.

It depends what you mean by good, I have some LMII veneers, they have held up over 10 years. But they might not be your preferred colours or weight.

What do you dye yours with? I have dyed lots of stuff, and used stain, but I have never through dyed wood.
