Ramon Amira -> RE: Free Classical Guitar Lessons at Delcamp (Dec. 6 2010 18:34:24)

Notwithstanding all the imbecility and stuffiness on Delcamp, let's be reasonable. For any guitarist who is interested in classical guitar, whether or not he is also a flamenco guitarist, Delcamp is the best classical guitar forum, and really is to classical guitar what ForoFlamenco is to flamenco guitar. It is a great resource for information on classical guitar music, performers, technique, and on instruments, head and shoulders above several other classical guitar forums. You just have to use it to your own advantage, and ignore the haughty moderators. Just yesterday, someone asked for a recommendation on a good classical guitar for under $2500, so I recommended the Jose Ramirez 125 Anos, which is a great classical guitar, and I included several links to reviews, all of which were highly favorable. They deleted my post because some of the links showed ads. So yes, they can be a pain in the ass, but you just have to take the best of it, and scrap the rest of it.
