I am just sampling this beer ATM (for research purposes only [:D])... http://greatbrewers.com/product/broughton-old-jock 6.7% and a great malty taste. Not expensive and pretty damn good IMO...AND available in the US! (unlike McEwan's Champion (7.4%)...which is still my fav!) cheers, Ron

If only for research purposes I suggest tying black sheep brewed near nothallerton. Tres nice!!!!

I only drink pedigree nowadays. Thats around 4.5% and easily strong enogh for me!! must be a yorkshire wuss!!!
