This kid is the real deal. I love the video where he is talking to the cow.

olé olé olé

I have saved the video for professional use. Sometimes I have clients saying: "I´m kind of small, maybe I should have a smaller guitar'"

In the future, I´ll send the video to these clients.

I met this kid in Granada earlier this year. He is unbelievable!! Even the pros had their jaws on the floor. He improvises jazz at an incredible level too....

tell me sir, how does one achieve this kind of alienistic capabilities at such an early age??? [&:]

i guess he spends less time on the foro, and more time practicing.

thanks for sharing, very good one
his skills are absolutely incredible!
apart from that fact i really love his falsetas and the way he boosts the compas!

I am not really sure. Obviously this kid has huge natural ability but also Kids learn very differently to adults. Whilst we are all analysing stuff and talking about how diffucult it is, a child will simply get on and do it.

His environment is a big factor though. I know his family are flamencos and he has been surrounded by good musicians more or less since birth. I think that as a child if you are only surrounded by amazing musicians and you think that being a virtuoso is normal, then probably you dont have the problems that we do of realising the enormity of the task ahead. When I met him he was doing the Diego Morao course and was even showing Diego falsetas and jamming with him at the end. Even Diego was amazed by his ability and laughing at his virtuousity. I grabbed a photo of him showing Diego a falseta.

Was it not the OTHER way round?

Pimientito -> RE: I just lost my jaw had to pry with spatula (Nov. 1 2010 13:57:27)

[:D][:D]No ...I said it correctly the first time. The kid was fiddling around and Diego stopped the class and got him to play the Falsetta for him. The kid played this phrase that was crazy difficult and Diego cracked up laughing. He then showed Diego how it worked...as I said our jaws were on the floor.

That's why the good God of heaven wants people with child like hearts(Matthew 19:14)! haha. They do the work, trust it's gonna work and believe it's gonna be....... and stop complaining.

Good point, a paradigm shift

When he's old he'll realize the blessings he had when he was young, that a village of flamenco people raised and nurtured him to be this prodigy and virtuoso

I've seen this kid before and man he can play. What impressed me the most is the level of maturity he has in his playing. He is a rare talent indeed.
