JasonMcGuire -> RE: Flamenco pieces for two guitars (Duo Guitar) (Oct. 28 2010 19:57:13)

I didn't transcribe the arrangements sorry. The 1st guitar parts are on my website in most cases, but the 2nd parts I arranged and showed them to Roberto who has them memorized. If he forgets...... bye, bye arrangement. No worries, I can always make up new parts. Take a piece you like and make up parts, you will learn heaps about music in the process. Tools for the process: Unison Octave displacement Counterpoint Harmonized by 3rds and 6ths Harmonized b 4th and 5ths Other intervals for dissonance Strum chords in rhythm underneath the falsetas and switch every other falseta. Compare piano reductions to their full orchestral score..... the answers are there. 2 guitars much easier than writing for orchestra.
