Someone here may have it transcribed,

Failing that, I would recommend extracting the audio, slowing it down by downloading something like the amazing slow downer, there is a free version, and working it out by ear.

Oh yes, welcome to this foro!

There are a few people here that do not like flute. You will have to try to convert them[:D]

Pick it out by ear. That what flamenco players do.

Make a recording of it. Play it slow with Windows Media Player
or Quick time. Listen to it with headphones while you pick it out on
your flute.

This work will also make you a better player.

Thank you both!
I have already performed some flamenco songs, and of course I had to learn it by ear, from youtube :D So probably I will do the same this time.
And yes: flute maybe is a bit unusual for flamenco, isnt it? For me it sounds a little bit like a part of arabic medieval music.
Anyway, this video is nice :)

Which songs did you perform? You could be the first flute player on the forum [:D]

The flute in this particular recording is raw and passionate. It makes me lean
towards accepting it in this case.

there's a free add-on for mozilla called "download helper". You can use it to save youtube videos on your computer. The free version will save a variety of video formats. If you get the paid version, you can get it to make mp3s out of the downloads.

Yes. thanks,,
I am using exactly this one. video2mp3 :)

I have sang Pena penita, then Guarija (in youtube it is sang by a man called Naranjito de triana)., and then tanguillo (very fast!!!)
I know italian, but not spanish :( so t'was hard.
And.. I am classical music singer. So it was just imitating flamenco singing. :)

actually IMO flute is so cool when it is played accompaniment to the guitar
I've played some Bulerias with my friend ( Flute player ) and it was something so motivating and exciting

Flamenco is a DIY art form. Learn the melody and show it to a flute player. Transcribe it. You can't wait around for people to do your work for you. You will learn heaps in the process and it will be easier next time.
