Has anybody tried this device? I have heard very good reviews for recording! Images are resized automatically to a maximum width of 800px

I have been using Zoom H2 for the last year or so. The quality of recordings are fantastic.

The Zoom H4n is the de facto for filmmakers who use sound synch, if that helps? About the same price I think.

zoom is preferable. the h4 is quite nice.

I bought the H4N a while ago, but I'm not using to its full capacity apart from recording tracks and play it at half-speed etc. Can anyone let me know what other main functions they use?

I have one and I can't say that I am a fan. I am not impressed with the clarity of the sound it records, it's rather muddy sounding to me.
