Just recently i bought a Fransisco Navarro blanca student, im very happy with it. i dont know the price class of all the guitars but i think FN is a pretty safe bet, i think they have a pretty high consistency.

I think i have also seen some good words around the foro of Salvador Castillo.

Manuel Contreras has a student line i think but i havent tried or read any reviews, i do know that the higher models are pretty good, probably superb from what ive heard.

Hope this helps![:D]

Good luck in Buying a new guitar, and try beforehand if its possible!

Navarro...
A student bought one recently...somehow the dollar value did'nt match the guitar....nice even/balanced instrument, great to play,
a student also has a Rodriguez C3
much prefer the Navarro..just a better instrument to play and hear...
no nothing of the Cuena

You have selected your guitars, you appreciate the materials and the quality of each instruments.

My suggestions is to do a blind test so you don't get influenced by the brand or the price (thinking a more expensive guitar necessarily better than a cheaper one). Make sure the setup on each one is good and try them all without knowing what it is, bring a friend to help you.
Make sure you test them in an environment that is 'real' not is a small booth that is full of other guitars that amplifies and beautifies the sound.
