nhills -> RE: Michael Thames (Jun. 6 2010 9:15:00) I have a Thames flamenco. #245 from 1995. I think mine is a bit fancier - double purflings top, back, and sides. You could use the grain of the back for a ruler & almost perfectly even. Mine has tuning machines. Workmanship is nearly perfect. The sound sample of the one for sale is very close to mine - better than I could record. Thames has a website and a number of videos on YouTube. Cheers, Norman
