Not so sure man, the BBC seem quite protective. I remember someone here on the forum tried to access the BBC iPlayer without success cos he was outside the UK. I know what you're talking about Sean, but I think that may just apply to "Listen Again" stuff, because on programmes like "Feedback", you hear folk saying stuff like "I'm a Londoner living in California at the moment, and regularly listen to Radio 4 etc (live stream) via my computer..." The problem with the "Listen Again" function (iPlayer) is the fact that some of the programmes are not made by the BBC, but are "bought in on licence" from independent production companies, who may or may not impose the "UK only repeat" restrictions on the distribution of their work. Also, copyright material such as records or performances may be supplied to the Beeb with certain broadcasting restrictions made by the Artist's management or record label. In fact some programmes are not even available as "Listen Again" in the UK for these reasons. Of course, the BBC are also "programme makers" and sell their in house stuff to other broadcasting companies worldwide. So it depends on a lot of factors I think. cheers, Ron
