Thanks Karbor.

It Does work like a course on compas. Like you, I porefer a portable, computer- independant metronome. And never trust my foot, since it may slow down or speed up according to the technical difficulty of the piece I am playing, singing or the choragraphy I am practicing.

Cheers.

If you get one, please come back and give us your review. It looks a tad expensive, but less so than the Herrero one, IIRC.

Hi everybody,
I have bought a flamenco metronom by www.compas-flamenco.com. It gets fine with Windows 7. I am learning palmas and with this metronom you have a lot of different
palos and you can also select the speed you want.
On the website http://www.compas-flamenco.com/de/palos.html you can also find a lot of information about palos, and in Spanish also!!

Ok we had these commercials already and the result of all previous discussion were, that you can have free metronomes that do the same job.

If you want to spend money...I recommend to use a normal metronome that just clicks. I have a very chap one from korg (it was 15Euros) and I use a free computer program called "weird metronome".
You can find it here: http://www.pinkandaint.com/weirdmet.shtml

You can put in any rhythm you like and you can put the tracks on your mp3player in any speed.. For me it works perfectly.. and. .. . costs nothing.
