Here's a nutshell version: Five notes per string, working through one of Entri's chord progressions (I put them in the tab forum). Up and down the chord, back to the base note. Do that pulsando and tirando, with IM and MA, alternating them. That will get your flexion strength up to nutty levels if you do it a few days in a row. The first day is going to suck. After a while it won't seem like that big a deal. That means you're getting strong. But we can't forget extensor muscles. So take those same three chord progressions, now play through them doing rasgeos. First a nice X A M I I rasgeo, then double that, then triple that. Then take out the upstroke and just let it roll, all downstrokes, 16 hits a chord. Those two exercises together will make your forearm muscles strong as ****. I have days when I look like Nadal One time we were doing a repetitive endurance-type exercise in Entri's class. Towards the end of the exercise everybody was struggling and making painful faces. I was sailing through it. This guy looks at me and says "... es que no cansa" But you gotta practice every day if you wanna keep it up.
