ARTS RELATED RENTALS ONLY! Both Large and Small Studio at Flamenco Latino Studio in midtown is available weekdays at ULTRA LOW prices.
Large Studio:
Room is 53' by 26' for ONLY $30/hr. Daytime and off-peak only. Call for details.
Small Studio:
Room is 20' by 12' for ONLY $15/hr. Daytime and off-peak only. Call for details.
Pro-rated by the half-hour.
PLEASE NOTE: Studio will be closed from Tues, Dec 20-Thurs Jan 4, except by special prior arrangement.

--LARGE STUDIO DOWNTIME SPECIAL, Mon 12/5-Mon 12/19, Thurs 1/5/12-Fri 1/27/12 ONLY! MON & FRI, 6:00-10:00PM, TUES & WED 7:30-9:30PM, THURS 6:00-7:30PM, $36/hr. for one hour, or $30/hr for two or more rental hours same day, or same week.
--Mon-Fri, 11 am-6 pm, One-on-One private class, or rehearsal for up to three people in Large Studio, $20/hr (when Small Studio is unavailable), $22/hr after 6 pm
--Same day, last minute booking (when available), $15/hr either studio all day (no more than 3 people)
Sprung marley floors, 7' high quality mirrors, ballet bars, fans, a/c and 10' high ceilings. Windows and natural light. Two dressing rooms with sinks. Public restrooms on same floor. Small waiting area. Thirty folding chairs available and benches. Good for rehearsals or classes for ballet, modern, exercise/aerobics, salsa, and, of course, flamenco and tap. Music rehearsals also permitted. Sound system with iPod hook up, CD and tape. One piano available. DVD/VCR and monitor available for $10.00 extra.Lockers available - $15/month.
Large Studio is also available as a performing space on weekends: Sat. night 6 pm-11 pm, or Sun. from 4 pm-9 pm complete with curtains, lighting and seating for 75. Please inquire for rates and terms.
