Hi folks,

I'm practicing basic rhythm for solea, bulerias etc[:@]...
Which falsetas to choose first for the different styles?
Perhaps you could make some suggestions on basic level, that would be fine.
I'll then practice and present the results[8|]
'cause I'm lost in so many beautiful but to difficult falsetas listening to the tops...

Hi Guido,

For easy falsetas check out the recordings of Paco Aguilera, Antonio Delgado, Andrés Heredia, Luis Maravilla and others from the old school. Not all old recordings have easy falsetas, though (Montoya, Ricardo, Melchor...)

Nowadays nobody plays simple falsetas. You can try Fernando Moreno, but sometimes his playing isn't so easy. Chanito, the son of Chano Lobato, is a good one for beginners. Both recorded with Chano Lobato.

Some of the falsetas on my website are suitable for beginners.

BulerĂ­as is hard no matter how you go about it. Ricardo and Jason might have some basic rhythm patterns in video at their websites.

Hi Guido ...theres alot of greate, traditional, striaght foward falsetas written down for Transcribe and i think they are available for free, its good cause u dont necesarely need the audio recording as you can hear the midi...and you can probably even find a free tef. reader...do a search in google
