Dunno if anyone else caught this last night, but a tastefully attired Canadian pair “danced” a “farruca” in the Olympic ice dancing event yesterday. I gotta say, it was surprisingly dignified and restrained, especially in contrast to the mortifying costumes and cheezeball routines of the other competitors. The crowd went absolutely bananas, and they had the highest score when I turned off the TV to go to bed...

Didnt catch that last night but the other day I was thinking that something from Vicente's Poeta album would fit in great with the ice dancing. [&:]
