Peter, To me, Solea por Buleria is more like Solea with a swing to it. The key is in the accents. The accents fall on 3, 7, 8, 10 and 12. The 7, 8 versus 6, 8 gives it that little kick or swing. Listen to the first MP3 on the second site that Fergus listed above. The compas' is really easy to pick up if you just think of it as a Solea compas' with the 7,8 kick to resolve it. On the MP3 you hear a tap on the 6th, but it's normally left silent. Some people tap the 6th to stay on compas'. If you can do it, I would play it in the key of E and you can toss in some Solea falsetas. This way you can wing it without having to put a bunch of work into it. Don't get into the thinking of Buleria like Fergus said. To me the only resemblance is 12 beats. Think more Solea. Pat
