just because they mention that they have links to websites where you can download MP3s which have been legally posted on the Internet, doesn't mean that this is through. in fact, they mention that they have no control of what is been posted on other sites, so you have to accept that its all your responsibility.
just read "terms of service"
for example:
[4] You agree that you will delete Music Files after previewing and buy the song or album if you liked it.

[2] You cannot post a link to a music file that you know is not posted by the artist, record label, a music blogger or other third party for promotional or other legal uses
i searched for some mp3 and i don't think that vicente amigo posted his album to 4shared, so that everybody can download it for free [:D]
