That's a nice standard! Writing this out without the guitar, should be about right though:

A chord strum for each bar of 3:
Part 1: Am Am Am Am A7 Dm Dm Am E7 Am
Part 2: A7 Dm G7 C C E7 E7 E7 E7 Am
