When I was on Jasons' site for a few months he had a bulerias groovin video.
Perhaps thats an idea, just groovin bulerias compas, with small variations to keep it interestinig.

No fancy falsettas, just groovin'?

Groovin' is where it's at!! Sounds good to me.

i don't mean to be a buzzkill but didn't we already have a challenge like this? the very first beginner's challenge?

The agreed approach for this challenge is that you learn the falseta, you introduce it with some grooving compas (say a maximum of 4 or 5 compases), and then you finish it off with some more grooving compas (a couple of compases).

That way you get feedback on your compas, you think in sixes, and learn a nice falseta that can be used as a starting point to add more falsetas and develop a solo piece you can be proud of. I suggest Moraito's Buleriando for future study, there are nice falstas in there that will work with Ron's falseta.

Hello People,
I wont be participating and/or judging.
Still struggliing with my health, taking alot of medicines (legalised drugabuse it seems [:D])

The Buleria challenge I'll administer, but it can take some time because I cannot sit for long times.
I can follow everything on the forum through my iphone, but unfortunaltely can't post anything.
