Hi Ramparts Nice to see two of Harold's recordings on your list. I recently bought a triple album, from 1999, called Aire de Jerez. Each Cd is from a different family, The Zambos, Moneos and De La Morena. We've had it playing non stop in the car ever since, Harold drives and I practise my compás. I totally recommend it ! I've said before but my other favourite is a two CD set called ' Los Gitanos canta Lorca' I never tire of that one. Camerón's "Leyendo del Tiempo" is on there, and it always makes me laugh as it rushes along. Harold is filming a documentary about this track, travelling all over and recording different versions, Rafa De Utrera in Amsterdam with a full orchestra, and Duquende in Barcelona. He was due to interview Tomatito in Almería but that has been postponed [:@] Still it will be an interesting documentary when it is done. Did you ever get a copy of Al Kantara ? I was thinking it would be great for your radio show. Paco himself, yes that one, said it was the best ever Andalusi /flamenco fusion record he had ever heard. The production company want to rerelease it but if not we will have to pirate it [&:]
