I didn't see a reserve so it looks like this Devoe could go for $2,500 USD. Never would have guessed a broken string and some scratches could lower a guitars' value by $4,000.

Considerin that there is no golpeador, there are just few marks under the 1st string. Maybe it wasnt used for flamenco?

looks like a nice guitar for a reasonable price.

Well its not unknown for makers to make classical guitars with cypress back and sides! It would seem odd to me to make a flamenco guitar and not put a scratch plate on it.

Seems a bit of a strange auction to me. knowing a guitars worth not needing the money and having a low price for a quick sale just doesnt add up to me.
