Hi Flo,
Myself, I've always thought of Tangos as being the most feminine of all the styles and best done with women singers and dancers, who can really dominate the cante or baile with that lush, fiery and sultry feminine charm.
I don't know why that is?
Man, there was this female singer (in her 20's) on Ondajerez TV a while ago from some Jerez peña who just made my heart practically stand still![8D]
Not just feminine and sexy, but "womanly" and "womankind" also, like it's their own style...as in this fun video...

i think the spelling different to pronuncing was invented in the old days because technology wasent very advanced and they didnt have dvds and they didnt know then what we know now...i wonder how long before we abolsih this old fashion way of writting what we mean..[:)]
we dont stab eachother with swords anymore so why the fu*k are we still having to spell [8|] u know i am right !!and i am not coming over to your side (the spellers [:-]) cause anyday now it will be abolished...i hate learning stuff thats never going to be usefull in life...or just stick a chatroom with a camera in here and il just expres myself with body language like the cave days with sounds and moneky like jestures

anyway ignore me ...i am feeling silly...i practiced all day yesterday and today..havent done much else, sleped - practiced, sleped - practiced, emailed..last few hours practiced alot of picado and feels like my brain cant relax its still speeding..(cause the brain has to procces fast) i need to watch some movie to chill out..for some reason i feel like i just had 30 strong coffies all in one go but my practice concetration and my will to touch the guitar anymore today just left me ( amazing just as you get the best picado of your life and you feel best you ever felled playing...its time to go to bed...just once it would be perfect if i had a gig at 5 in the morning...)...if i keep sitting in front of the computer il keep thinking of "funny" things to write [8|]...u seem like nice people...havent done anything to me so il spare you [;)]

Yeah, everything's oiled and running smooth and there's no creaky joints, right-hand clumsiness or pain in fretting fingers. When you spend an hour or two going over something slowly and carefully (learning new material) it feels easy like that when you go back to playing "normally."
