Yeah it's great. Funny you should mention it, because I had saved this one before and was just watching it again a couple of days ago. (It's a bonus having John Candy and young Pavarotti there too [;)] )
There are a few other cantes by these two, as well as some of Luis H. accompanying Chato de la Isla, they're all worth hearing.
I read that Luis began his professional career as a singer, then switched to guitar when he lost his voice; maybe that helped him to be such a fine accompanist.
