That composition summarizes every corner and aspect of Paco’s innovations. In many serious academical institutions and Universities, all over the world, it is regarded as Paco de Lucia’s greatest work and achievement on the compositional field until now.

What is it that you have done here that "proves" that this is the greatest composition of Paco de Lucia?

The resolution to A major? The A augmented chord? Did Paco also invent modulating to the parallel major? He invented these chord voicings? I don't think so.....

check out Tony Mottola

I have used many of those voicings for years. My jazz teacher in th 80's was nuts about Tony Mottola and Joe Pass. [;)]

Dear Ruben,
could you please post your lines in the correct thread?

As I said earlier, I don't want to learn Paco's moves and I don't want to learn from you.
1. Because I am an absolute beginner, so first basics and later on more advanced.
2. as a HSP I don't feel comfortable with your attitude, though I have to laugh. It is so embarrasing it is funny again.

So please post in the correct threads, so that I can read other posts without being confronted with your attitude problems and about PDL.

Thanks

Well, to put making a joke out of this all to the side for a moment, let me just say if anyone out there is serious about learning this, you might want to double check the fingerings of Ruben's version to this...they are quite different.

from 00:50 it starts.
